If you have not received your item in a
reasonable amount of time, you should use the
tracking number we supplied you with in your
shipping notification email. If you need
that number again, please contact us.
 We offer returns under the following conditions only:
1. Merchandise arrived defective or DOA.
2. Merchandise arrives not as described.
Returns accepted for these reasons will be
issued a call tag. Upon receipt of the goods in the same packing
and condition as shipped, showing no signs of
use or misuse, we will issue a full refund.
If the item has been damaged by the buyer
and returned there will be no refund issued. All returns must be authorized. Any items returned without authorization
will be refused. Any goods accepted for
return for reasons other than stated above
will be subject up to a 50% restocking fee and issued a merchandise credit only. Credit will not include the original shipping
fee or the shipping charges you paid to return
